1. Who we are
This privacy policy describes how Dongpai Metal Group (东派金属集团) — operating from Dongguan, China and serving Hong Kong architectural projects since 2012 — collects and handles personal information when you visit dongpaimetal.com or submit our enquiry form. Contact: dongpaijinshu1@gmail.com.

Information you provide
- Enquiry form: name / company, email, project name & location, scope of enquiry, message brief.
- Communications you initiate via email, WhatsApp, WeChat or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamp).
- Cookies and similar technologies used for site analytics — see section 5.

5. Cookies & tracking
Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. your language preference) are set without consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you explicitly accept them via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
We honour Google Consent Mode v2 — if you decline, no personal identifiers are sent to Google, only aggregate, anonymised pings.

Enquiry submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as the business relationship is active, or for up to 5 years after the last contact, whichever is sooner. Aggregate analytics data is retained per Google's default (2 months for events, 14 months for user-level reports).

- File a complaint with the Hong Kong Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) or the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.
