Twenty-eight slender storeys above the King's Road tram line in North Point. Vertical bronze fins frame each balcony — a quiet rhythm against the older skyline of one of Hong Kong's most photographed tram-corridors. Designed by Ronald Lu & Partners for Wang On Properties.
