Deep Water Pavilia

A fifty-one-storey, MTR-podium development above Wong Chuk Hang station — a joint venture between five of Hong Kong's most established names: New World, Empire Group, CSI, Lai Sun and MTRC. Our atelier delivered every aluminium balcony — handrail, AC grill and pipe-duct cladding — for all 804 flats, in a continuous bronze finish that wraps the building's gentle curve. Factory-finished to remove on-site touch-up entirely.

黃竹坑港鐵上蓋 51 層住宅項目，由五大發展商聯合開發：新世界、Empire Group、CSI、麗新、港鐵。東排集團為全部 804 戶提供鋁合金欄杆、空調格柵、管井包板，以連續銅色陽極處理包覆建築柔和的弧形外立面。工廠完成終飾，現場無需補漆。
