Lu Tang Lai's first Kowloon high-rise for Wang On Properties. We supplied the external cladding, balcony grill and ceiling panels — a duet of bronze and graphite-anodised aluminium, factory-finished to remove on-site touch-up entirely. The bronze panels were grouped per orientation so the building catches the late sun on one side and stays cool on the other.

盧棠黎建築師為宏安地產設計的首個九龍高層項目。東排集團提供外牆包板、陽台格柵與天花板——銅色與石墨色陽極氧化鋁的二重奏，工廠完成終飾，現場無需補漆。銅板按朝向分組——讓建築一面捕捉斜陽，另一面保持涼爽。
