Cullinan Harbour

A new harbourfront address from Sun Hung Kai at Kai Tak — facing Victoria Harbour, framed by Wong Tung's quiet geometry. Our atelier delivered the entire podium envelope: the external bronze cladding, and a 1,010 m² rhombic-shape suspended ceiling assembled from 2,020 individually-cut bronze panels. Drawn at our Hong Kong office, mocked-up at full scale in Huizhou, signed off by the architect, then fabricated and installed by our own crew. From first shop drawing to handover: 11 months.

新鴻基於啟德海濱推出的新地址——面向維多利亞港，由黃譚設計建築事務所以克制的幾何感包覆。東排集團交付了整個平台外殼：銅色外牆包板，以及 1,010 平方米菱形懸掛天花，由2,020 塊單獨切割的銅板組裝。深化圖紙在香港辦事處完成，惠州廠房按 1:1 樣板搭建，建築師簽字後由我們自己的團隊加工與安裝。從第一張深化圖到項目交付：11 個月。
